The Data Processing Specialist is responsible for data and stock management for Logistics & Warehouse.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Goods Received Notes details entered and updated in timely manner in SAP system.
• Manage and coordinate with external warehouse (3rd party) on stock management and inventory movements.
• Ensure all data inputs of logistics and warehouse details entered and updated in timely manner in SAP / Inventory control system.
• To coordinate with the external warehouse regarding the materials incoming receiving and the space related issues (storage capacity).
• To perform and monitor the goods received note, materials issuance to production, stock reclassification for sales orders, materials location transfer and stock reconciliation Area of responsibility.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments, internally and externally, to solve problems related to warehouse and logistics activities.
