You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Analysing various data to generate insightful reports and progress updates
• Providing insights from collected data contribute to the project team's ability to make well-informed decisions
• Assisting project team in documentation preparation for the various project committees
• Managing logistical aspects of the project, like arranging transportation and accommodations
• Coordinating, organizing and facilitating team meetings
• Recording and distributing meeting minutes
• Helping in task coordination: assigning tasks and tracking progress
• Offering support and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the resources they need to carry out their tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Have higher education
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of professional experience on a complex project in a role that involved project management responsibilities or active participation as a full-time team member
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Have strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Have excellent critical-thinking abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages at a B2 level or above
• Can work independently and make independent decisions when called for
• Previous experience in a junior project management role is an advantage, demonstrating an understanding of project management principles and practices.
