Reporting to VP Talent & Culture Mediterranean & Nort Africa,and supported by a team of 2, you, as the Director Talent & Culture Spain & Portugal, oversee HR operations, provide guidance to management, analyze HR metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business and company goals.
Main accountabilities:
Support Offices:
• Acts as a true Business partner to all Support Functions Senior Leaders based in the Iberia for all Human Resources matters
• Implements performance cycle, merit review, STIP policy roll
• Organizes and optimizes, with local L&D Manager, training & development for Support Offices employees, manages training plan
• Ensures implementation of Engagement Survey, definition and implementation of actions plans and drives a culture of engagement
• Ensures best work conditions and wellbeing of Support Offices employees
• Conduct Employee relations, maintaining a qualitative dialog and sets collective status.
• Manages any disputes or litigations adequately
• Oversees Spanish Payroll and coordinate with external providers
• Manages any disputes or litigations adequately
• Define and maintain local policies
T&C services to Hotels in the Hub:
• Acts as a true T&C Business partner to Leaders Operations
• Delivers the services to Hotels, as per Management and franchise agreement.
• Manages Hotel schools relations
• Promote optional and billable T&C services to Franchise and Managed hotels, notably recruitment on demand and talent programs, but also digital solutions and training by Accor Academy.
• Collaborate with the CoE Operations for Bloom
Talent Acquisition MED:
• Ensures Managed hotels General Managers selection, acting as an agency
• Identifies future GM & HODs pipeline & ensures development of top talent Heads of Departments
• Ensures Support Office talent selection (in MED region) as per needs, in compliance with Company selection standards & processes & Budgets
• Guarantees excellent onboarding process for all new hires
• Hotel Openings and Massive Recruitments
• Assessment Centers
• Define Employer Branding actions and strategy for the region
Project Management
• Implement and adapt global and ENA projects at local level
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous HR experience as generalist
- Consultancy & sales background
- Languages: Spanish, Portuguese & English
- Ability to implement projects
- Labor law knowledge for Spain and Portugal
- Capacity to accompany different profiles in different languages
- Management of a team
