Our tech stack - Work with cutting-edge technologies

We are using the latest technologies, ensuring our team works on innovative and challenging projects: JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript with NodeJS and Python, Django on the backend

The Role:

As an HRBP, you will be a key player in our international HR team, driving the effective implementation, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Your role will involve partnering closely with leaders and employees to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.

You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for policy improvements and ensuring compliance with global and local standards.

By facilitating strong HR practices, you will support the achievement of company goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire relocation process for both new and internal employees, including visa applications and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of our HR policies and practices, aligning with global standards while meeting local requirements to support strategic business growth.
  • Provide support and advice to our leaders and employees on HR-related matters
  • Participate in global and local projects to improve the employee experience.
  • Manage HR-related systems.
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Experience as an HRBP of at least 3 years.

  • Experience in the full process of international employee relocations.

  • Experience in supporting leaders and employees with HR-related matters in compliance with Spanish labor law.

  • Proficiency in English for daily corporate communication (Level C1).

  • Proficiency in Spanish for communications with public entities (Level C1).

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and managers at all levels.

  • Experience in tech companies or fast-growing international companies is advantageous.

  • Experience with HR-related in UK and US labor law is advantageous.

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

- Finance experience or knowledge of Trading

- Knowledge of TradingView 😁
