The Role

The Sales Lead plays a meaningful role in ensuring that we can meet our business goals in tapping high-value prospects. This People Manager will be leading Sales Executives who are responsible in generating new business opportunities and acquiring new customers by engaging with HR and Business Owners & provide excellently on their talent acquisition needs, leading to the achievement of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
  • Responsible for leading and motivating assigned team to meet and exceed its targets in terms of set performance metrics and job outcomes.
  • Perform people management duties such as hiring, training, mentoring and performance management to ensure that team is complete and proficient.
  • Keep up to date with the development of industries, perform regular market review and initiate sales and marketing strategies striven to increase accounts coverage, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Identify areas where improvements are needed in product offering, promotional activities, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments for strategic, administrative and operational requirements.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Solid working experiences in B2B, IT Sales, SaaS, and/or Ecommerce, or related industries are required for this role.
  • Possesses extensive experience in leading and managing a team. Capable of encouraging and motivating towards dedication, yet unafraid to go through difficult conversations with the team. Strong background in people management experience is required, minimum of 5 years
  • Must be data-driven, analytical and highly strategic, enjoys researching market insights and coming up with solutions based on well-studied facts.
  • Customer-centric, displaying a high level of empathy towards clients and team, building stable and positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also crucial for this function.
