Joining ITG on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract. We're seeking a skilled and experienced POS Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a POS Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering exceptional Point of Sale (POS) services to our valued clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives, and then collaborate with our internal production teams to develop and execute effective and impactful POS campaigns. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships.

As a POS Account Manager at ITG, you will be part of a fast-paced and creative environment, where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, and contribute to the success of our clients' marketing and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing point-of-sale campaigns to ensure they deliver the Waitrose business plan, reinforce the brand values and provide relevant and engaging content for the target customer.
  • Responsible for working with wider team to plan POS work and ensure delivery of projects on time and to budget. Implementing point of sale marketing and content materials.
  • Support the point-of-sale content programme, calendar and communication.
  • Support the planning and production process of all POS material.
  • Manage client expectations and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in managing POS campaigns, preferably in an agency or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to meet client objectives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A passion for marketing and branding
  • A positive and can-do attitude
