Test Manager

For our client in the financial public sector, we are looking for a Test Manager

Job description:

We are looking for a Test Manager with 3+ years of experience in leading complex IT system tests, preferably in public projects. Must be able to independently plan and implement test activities, including leading test teams. Strong collaborative, problem solving and risk management skills are required. Experience with Netcompany's development model is an advantage.

Education and Experience:

• A master's or bachelor's degree, or an equivalent education, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, instead of the formal education and experience requirements, the consultant must have at least 5 years of full-time professional experience in one or more of the service areas.

• Has good experience in working with individuals, groups and organisations.

• Has solid understanding of recognized and relevant generic industry and specialist standards.

• Quickly acquires new information, evaluates it critically and applies it effectively.

Independence:

• Works under general guidance within a defined area of ​​responsibility.

• Considerable personal responsibility and independence.

• Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy in identifying and solving complex problems and tasks.
