Return to Office: As of October 15, 2024 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office.

What you’ll do:

As a member of the Strategic Initiatives Team in Loblaw Brands, you’ll be instrumental in supporting an important Health Canada Regulation for Front of Pack labeling on all Food Products sold in Canada.

You will support the team to create packaging projects with the Loblaw Studio, assist in the execution of project timelines, and get to work on some of Canada’s most trusted brands, such as President’s Choice and No Name.

Core accountabilities:

  • Support the creation and management of projects with the Loblaw Studio for a variety of control brand products across all food categories
  • Participate in regular meetings with individual product teams, providing updates on progress within existing portfolios, and escalate delays or risks to the project
  • Establishing strong connections with vendor partners to collaboratively address challenges and ensure project timelines are met.

Skills, knowledge, and education:

  • An energy and passion for project management and collaboration
  • Ability to navigate in multiple systems with precision and accuracy, advanced skills in Excel are an asset
  • Outstanding decision-making skills required to achieve organizational objectives with an understanding and consideration to the impact on other work groups
  • Possessing excellent organizational skills, capable of efficiently prioritizing tasks and working autonomously in a dynamic work setting.
  • Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form.
