Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Paid Search expert to transition our Paid Search activity from being run and managed by an agency to in-house. The Paid Search Manager will lead our Paid Search acquisition and retention across our global websites.

***Salary range - 35k - 50k (dependant on experience)***

Responsibilities

· Defining global strategy for Paid Search alongside Performance Marketing Director

· Data manipulation and interpretation for campaign analysis, using actionable insights to improve performance through optimisation

· Platform account management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing and campaign expansion across Google and Bing

Requirements

Essential:

· Practical hands-on experience defining and managing Paid Search activity across multiple regions

· B2C Paid Search experience

· Expert level knowledge of Google Ads

· Track record of delivering growth/ efficiency within Paid Search

· Product Feed management within Google Merchant Centre and 3rd Party Tools

· High ability to process and analyse data sets, and interpret them to make business decisions

· Advanced Excel

Desirable:

· Working proficiency in one of (or multiple): French, German

· Understanding of incrementality and attribution

· Data visualisation tools such as Data Studio (Looker)

· Data management tools such as Funnel.IO and Supermetrics
