We’re also a digital marketing machine: acquiring customers profitably from first order, with more than half returning for a second order during the current pregnancy and more and more coming back to us again when the family grows further. This all contributes to market leading profit and product margins and our double-digit growth rates across the world put the rest to shame.

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a confident individual who will be responsible for crafting and executing a cutting-edge TikTok strategy that will elevate our brand's online presence and drive us toward our ambitious marketing goals.

You'll be the creative mastermind behind engaging content that resonates with our audience, while also staying ahead of the curve by monitoring trends, leveraging social listening, and optimizing for TikTok-SEO.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.

· Conceptualise and create engaging, original short-form video content for TikTok that aligns with the brand's voice, values and objectives.

· Collaborate with other content creators, influencers, and experiment with diverse video styles.

· Execute end-to-end video production and experiment with different video styles, techniques, and formats to keep content fresh and appealing to our targeted audience.

Trend Monitoring & Social Listening:

· Stay on top of TikTok trends, challenges, and cultural moments. Monitor industry trends, hashtags, and competitors to adjust strategies and to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy and to capitalise on viral opportunities.

· Identify emerging conversations and sentiments within our target audience, allowing us to engage in real-time and adjust content strategy accordingly.

TikTok SEO Optimisation:

· Optimise TikTok content for search visibility by using relevant keywords, hashtags, and trends to trending sounds.

· Develop a strategy for utilising TikTok’s search features to enhance discoverability and attract a broader audience.

· Conduct regular audits of TikTok content to ensure that SEO best practices are being followed and updated as algorithms change.

Community Engagement:

· Engage with TikTok followers, and monitor comments, and trends to foster a sense of community and drive meaningful interactions to foster community and, increase brand loyalty and customer retention.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

· Provide weekly updates with insights on content performance and a plan for implementing improvements.

· Conduct A/B testing and provide insights to improve and optimise content strategy.

Requirements

• Proven track record of TikTok Content Creation.
• A deep understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, challenges, and its unique community culture.
• Proficiency in video editing software and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited content.
• Strong visual and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for capturing attention quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both in collaborating with team members and engaging with the TikTok audience.
• Ability to work from central London office twice a week and from home one day a week.
