Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

The Broadwick Spaces Marketing team leads best-in-class brand and marketing campaigns to audiences across our portfolio of venues.

We work collaboratively with in-house design and creative teams as well as our partners to build and deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness through innovation and creativity.

We’re a passionate and dedicated team with strong values and a vision for the future of live events and hybrid culture spaces. We are focussed on helping the Broadwick brands to authentically build their communities.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and multimedia. This role will require a passion for storytelling, a strong grasp of current trends, and the ability to translate brand objectives into compelling narratives.

This role would be perfect for someone who loves and is used to a fast paced, busy environment where managing many workstreams at the same time is the norm. The perfect candidate is used to working with creatives (designers, writers, photographers, videographers etc) and thrives as a member of a highly collaborative team that interfaces with many stakeholders at any given time.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Marketing Content

  • Contributing to and leading on the delivery of the content strategy for Broadwick Spaces. This requires developing original content in various formats (articles, videos, graphics, infographics, podcasts) for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implementing content calendars, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging.
  • Writing SEO-friendly content that boosts organic traffic and improves search rankings.
  • Creating and scheduling posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring high engagement and audience growth.
  • Planning, filming, and editing videos for marketing campaigns, product demos, and social media.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and style guidelines.
  • Monitoring content performance through analytics tools and adjust strategies based on insights and trends.
  • Working with influencers, clients, and other partners to produce collaborative content.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating fresh and innovative ideas into content development.
  • Working collaboratively with our Design team to build engaging content that consistently presents our brands to the highest of standards to drive sales enquiries and conversions.
  • Project managing capturing content in-event to successfully promote on-site activity.
  • Managing relations with Head of Spaces and other members of the Spaces business as needed to ensure they understand, align and contribute to the definition and execution of the content strategy and plan.

  • Communicating your training needs and actively participating in your own development in line with the line manager’s expectations.
  • Creating a work environment that aligns with Broadwick values and principles.

Other

  • Carrying out ad hoc duties when required to.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven track record of building and executing content strategies, campaigns and calendars for multiple venue brands simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with experience of delivering content that aligns with different venue brands tone of voice.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritising. Knowledge of project management software such as Monday is an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and the trends that are shaping them.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights with experience leading data focussed projects.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders in a strategic and proactive manner.
  • Experience of writing briefs for creatives and holding teams accountable to deliver against briefs.
  • Excellent organisational skills and utmost attention to detail.
  • Experience using Mailchimp (or other CRM platforms).
  • Independent and dedicated, with a thirst for getting stuck in.
  • Highly skilled written and numerate skills.
  • A drive to learn new skills.
  • Intellectually curious with an analytical and process-oriented mind-set.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with photography, videography and editing.
