Analyst - Entity Finance

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Month-end expense accruals and variance analysis

• Liaising with internal business areas for expense accruals, ensure complete and accurate reporting of costs per function including accruals

• Provide clarification / information to the management on the Financial Information

• Branch accounting

• Processing, accounting of vendor payments

• Assistance in finalisation of books, preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors (Statutory and Tax audit)

• TDS compliance with respect to vendor payments and assistance in TDS liability.

• Ensuring payments of statutory dues within the set timelines.

• Periodic STPI and Customs reporting

• Coordination with Customs for shipment clearing requirements wrt imports and STPI compliance.

• Coordination with Insurance broker and data submission for renewal of property insurance policies on time.

• EDPMS RBI compliance related to forex remittance.
