As an Italian Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction via various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies
  • Follow established procedures and adhere to quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Passion for providing the best customer experience
  • Valid European Passport or ID
