Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch support to Finnish-speaking customers through various channels including email, phone, and chat.
• Identify technical issues and provide solutions quickly and effectively.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our support software.
• Communicate solutions effectively to customers, ensuring they understand the resolution process.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
• Educate users on product features and best practices to maximize their experience.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient with consumer technology and software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, potentially including weekends.
