Graphic Designer

As Graphic Design Specialist for Eataly North America, you will support the brand creative team in developing pixel perfect work across digital and in-store touchpoints in the Eataly brand ecosystem. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and deliver assets for retail, restaurant, and digital communication channels
• Build and maintain organized production files. Collaborate closely with the team to streamline and optimize workflows.
• Work closely with Graphic Design Manager to understand project requirements and successfully deliver work against deadlines
• Problem-solve and adapt to turn around work on tight timelines
• Ensure that all work is on-brand and technically flawless
• Support on print production management as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer at an agency or on an in-house creative team
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite required
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong typographic skills and an eye for composition
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit. You’re comfortable working independently and value the opportunity to proactively identify and develop new projects and workflows
• An enthusiasm for working collaboratively with others
• Ability to multitask and adapt to directional pivots and prioritization shifts
• Experience managing commercial print production, a plus

The annual compensation for this position is $65,000- 72,000
