What You Can Expect

• Take responsibility for projects, performing end-to-end SI/PI analysis including SoC package, boards and system level on high-speed traces and critical power domains to ensure performance meets specifications.
• The candidate will be owning all the required steps in supporting SI/PI including package and PCB model generation, SI/PI analysis and simulation, SI/PI measurement and correlation and provide customer support on their board designs.
• Work across range of Marvell products to ensure electrical performance meets specifications through modeling, simulation and correlation of measurement data with SI/PI analysis
• Work closely with packaging and board layout team in defining the SI/PI specifications, reviewing and providing feedback for improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5-10 years of related professional experience.
• Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3-5 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in high-speed signal routing and PDN analysis, EM and transmission line theory, high speed differential and single-ended signals.
• Experience in performing SI/PI for SoC, SERDES, Power domain analysis
• Working experience in EM field solvers and time and frequency domain tools like Ansys HFSS 3D, HSPICE, ADS . Power Domain analysis using Cadence Sigrity.
• Knowledge of International standards preferred, PCIe, DDR4, NAND
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
