Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Norwegian

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but entry-level applications are welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and patience when dealing with customers
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
