Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 2 PM PST

Our client is a leading provider of plumbing services in the Pacific Northwest, dedicated to delivering top-notch residential and commercial solutions with a commitment to exceptional customer service, skilled craftsmanship, and integrity.

Role Overview:

As a B2B Digital Marketer, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies to drive online growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional eager to create impactful campaigns, manage multi-channel initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Your Impact:

Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the company’s online presence, optimizing campaign performance, and driving lead generation and conversion, positioning our client as a leader in the plumbing services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Create compelling copy for marketing materials including website content, blog posts, and email campaigns.

2. Campaign Management

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

3. Content & Social Media

  • Oversee the management of social media profiles and ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.

4. Immediate Tasks

  • Familiarize yourself with current marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Review and optimize ongoing Google Ads and social media campaigns.
  • Update website content and conduct a competitive analysis.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with successful campaign management.
  • Proficiency with WordPress, HubSpot, and Slack.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management.
  • Strong copywriting skills and SEO knowledge.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Additional language proficiency.
