Meet the team:

At AMSL/Dexcom we keep service to our core, Supply chain team for Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) is all about providing the best possible customer service to not only its customers but to all stakeholders. We are on a journey to be the best we can be and keep the optimum balance between all supply chain pillars of service, cash, and cost.

Where you come in:

• You will create a mechanism where everyone in ANZ Supply Chain understands the analytics that ties their role together.
• You will provide regular analytics to both ANZ supply chain team to continually improve their service to customers at optimum cost.
• You will, working with IT/system experts, create templates which provide visibility of all supply chain costs for both markets.
• You will provide analysis of all cost bases by customers i.e. B2C and B2B and identify opportunities.
• You will keep a track on inventory holdings within 2 markets, analyze and highlight key anomalies.
• You will also work with all 3PL and freight service providers, establish baselines, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• You will be responsible for publishing monthly supply chain KPIs, in example:
  • Warehouse and distribution freight spend %
  • Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT) (Business to Consumer and Business to Business)
  • Inventory holdings (days cover)
• All other Supply Chain analytics related duties as required

What makes you successful:

• You are an expert in interpreting the data into analytics.
• You have the eye for detail and don’t shy away from putting your own information together.
• You have good supply chain knowledge & understanding of operational process and requirements.
• You are proficient at MS Office Applications, particularly MS Excel.
• You bring excellent communication skills to present finding and insights even to non-technical stakeholders
• You have the ability to work with cross-functional teams from other Countries.
• Working knowledge of Oracle would be a nice to have.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience
