About the Role:

The Operations Analyst is a key role that involves multitasking across different product lines — the biggest being Remittances. The role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

What You'll Do:

• Take the lead in addressing user concerns and inquiries, proactively engaging with both customers and partners to swiftly resolve issues and create a seamless experience.
• Drive operational excellence by managing various tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining dynamic tracking systems.
• Collaborate to streamline processes for various products, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

What We Need:

• 1-2 years of experience in the Payments industry and/or Fintech is mandatory
• Experience in Global Payments is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Excel and intermediate SQL skills.
• Hustler mindset and street-smart approach to problem-solving.
