We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of warehousing/fulfillment and transportation operational execution background and ensuring operational excellence.

How you will achieve success in this role:

• Operational Coordination.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting.
• Problem Solving and Issue Resolution.
• Contract and SLA Management.
• Invoice Data Management.

What experiences will help you in this role:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or account management, preferably within the 3PL industry. Fulfillment Operations, warehousing operations background in operational data, invoicing, freight auditing is a big advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships as Customer Service gained in 3PL/Fulfillment/Transportation Service Providers is an asset.
• Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• The usage of Accounting Software, Freight Audit is an advantage, but not essential.
