Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Dutch via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Educate customers about products and services
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
• Contribute to the team's goals and performance targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Interest in helping customers and resolving their inquiries
