Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone and other channels
• Assist customers with product inquiries and service-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
• Contribute to achieving team goals and initiatives

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
