As a Customer Advisor, you will be the voice of our client, assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced call center environment. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients over the phone
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively
• Deliver accurate information about products and services
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skill set and product knowledge
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems
• Ready to relocate to Greece
• Must hold a valid EU passport or ID
