Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Danish for diverse inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Educate customers about company products and services
• Document interactions accurately in the call center system

• Assist in the identification of process improvements

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
