Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Danish for various inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Guide customers on product features and service usage
• Document interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding issues
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support or call center environments preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
