Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and solutions in the support database.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their understanding of technical resolutions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles.
