This job holder this role will involve responsibility for designing and documenting appropriate technical solutions for clients, technical consultancy and will involve significant technical interaction with clients, and vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not be limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), Building BoQ’s, Supporting in security designs, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations and training… etc.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/Solutions. Entities include potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers.
  • Provides security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of Security Solutions
  • Respond to customer requests for proposals, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions
  • Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree holder in IT or engineering.
  • Oman market experience is a must.
  • The ideal candidate would be based in Oman.
