PURPOSE
- The Project Manager will be responsible on leading the Corporate Admin projects from its planning stage to monitoring of ongoing to ensure holistic view and approach, coordinate for bidding and procurement requirements, ensures proper turn-over and documentation of projects and conduct project cost analysis
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly manage all internal facilities improvement and property development projects
- Prepares architectural layout and designs
- Directly handles preparation of BOQ and bid documents, bid plans, actual bidding, negotiation, and awarding
- Identifies, analyses, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks
- Directly coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Prepares the project implementation schedule and manages on time delivery of required OSMโs.
- Prepare internal and external reports related to the project
- Compliance to applicable LGU requirement and authority having jurisdiction.
- Conducts regular quality assurance inspections, punch listing, testing & commissioning.
- Comply and implement Construction Safety & Health programs
- Update existing workplace and facilities lay-out
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
- Architecture or Civil Engineering graduate, preferably with license
Minimum Experience/Training
- At least 3 years of work experience in project management

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
