Job Description

• Understanding customers’ challenges, and advises solutions that will meet the needs of the client.
• Offers Information and Communication Solutions like Collaboration, Contact Centers, IT Infrastructure, Network Management, Security & Optimization and Power Solution.
• Maintains and expands productive and professional relationships with customers.
• Coordinates the involvement of the company personnel, including the Service Desk, Design, Implementation and Support Teams, and other Management Resources, to be able to meet project objectives and customers’ satisfaction.

• knowledgeable on ICT
• came from BPO, Telco & IT company
• good communication skills
• has the willingness to learn, determination, persistence, assertiveness
• is able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to be trained in Cebu City for a month
