Job Description
- Understanding customers’ challenges, and advises solutions that will meet the needs of the client.
- Offers Information and Communication Solutions like Collaboration, Contact Centers, IT Infrastructure, Network Management, Security & Optimization and Power Solution.
- Maintains and expands productive and professional relationships with customers.
- Coordinates the involvement of the company personnel, including the Service Desk, Design, Implementation and Support Teams, and other Management Resources, to be able to meet project objectives and customers’ satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
- knowledgeable on ICT
- came from BPO, Telco & IT company
- good communication skills
- has the willingness to learn, determination, persistence, assertiveness
- is able to work in a fast paced environment
- Willing to be trained in Cebu City for a month
