Your role

As a Business Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll be a partner to our Chief Customer Officer, providing administrative and project management support. You will work side by side with them, and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a company in hyper-growth mode, to help increase productivity and drive effectiveness.

This position reports to our Chief Customer Officer, and the ideal candidate will be located in Denver, CO.

What you’ll do

  • Project Management: Facilitate documentation and execution of the CX organization's strategic initiatives. Including but not limited to assisting in creating project plans, holding contributors accountable to deliverables and timelines, etc.
  • Document Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CCO
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CCO.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CCO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
  • Information Management: Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • T&E Management Org-Wide: Oversee and manage the T&E budget for 300+ employees globally

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional organizational time and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
