Offer/Bid Writer

SCOPE Communications is Netcompany-Intrasoft’s fully-fledged, in-house communications agency, that provides a wide range of services, like strategy development, digital marketing, graphic design, audiovisual etc. Over the past 30 years, SCOPE has been working with EU Institutions, to deliver valuable key messages to various target audiences across the EU.

Joining our pre-sales team as an Offer/Bid Writer means contributing to our success in securing European tenders.

As an Offer/ Bid Writer, you will:

• Analyse tender specifications for communication services
• Draft high-quality proposals, or sections thereof, covering communication services and campaigns.
• Collect and review relevant background information to develop an understanding of client and target audience needs and objectives
• Review, edit and integrated content sections of technical offers written by third parties
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external resources
• Estimate costs and person-day efforts for services proposed

Requirements

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Have a minimum of 6 years of general work experience and at least 2 years of experience in proposal/tender writing
• Hold a university degree in social sciences
• Have excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Be quick in analyzing the requirements of tenders
• Be well-organized and able to meet hard deadlines
• Embrace working in a team
• Flexibly adapt to changing demands and priorities for parallel deliverables
• Work effectively and efficiently with stakeholders in multiple locations
• Deliver quality work with limited supervision
• Pay close attention to detail, in terms of content, language, and presentation
