Billing, Pricing & Promotion Coordinator

Bumble Inc’s Billing & Payments team is growing! The Billing & Payments team’s mission is to provide a world-class payments infrastructure and offer our customers the very best checkout experience. We partner closely with a range of teams including Pricing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, Finance and our external payment partners to provide the global payments service that enables our customers and creators to pay and be paid.

We are now looking for an analytical, proactive and collaborative Billing, Pricing & Promotion Coordinator to contribute to the global pricing, promotion & revenue product execution across all of the Bumble Inc products. The role will sit within our Billing & Payments team, where you will collaborate with a cross-functional unit focused on optimising in-app revenue services & currencies, and wider pricing & promotion configurations.

Based in London but with the freedom to work remotely, this is a crucial role managing global pricing, promotion and revenue-facing features across all of our apps and the payment methods we offer.

• Manage our huge database of price points, promotions and other billing features with care and consideration
• Implement timely pricing, promotion and revenue strategies in collaboration with our Pricing and Product teams
• Work closely with Pricing & Product teams to deliver a go-to-market payment execution for revenue features and subscription products
• Work cross-functionally with clear communication and accountability, to ensure optimal project execution of our revenue features
• Implement and manage A/B tests, with daily experiment monitoring and understanding of post-experiment results to deliver the best impact to the customer and company
• Utilise a range of in-house tools and systems to ensure consistent performance, as well as ideate and identify process improvements and impactful payment experiments
• Liaise with Engineering teams to identify and solve complex billing and payment issues when they arise
• Be willing and available to assist with a range of requests on a regular basis, and help to foster a sense of team ethic and collaboration

About you

• Qualified with a degree in a numerical or analytical field, and experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably Mobile/eCommerce-based or from other tech-based companies
• Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills, and an understanding of SQL
• You are a detail-oriented, analytical thinker & data-driven decision maker, with a passion for solving complex problems
• Excellent attention-to-detail is key, as is clear and concise communication
• You have a sound grasp of A/B testing and interpreting results
• You have good presentation skills and the ability to convey thoughts and insights across the business
• You’re comfortable collaborating with a range of different teams in a friendly and confident manner, showing initiative and intuition with choice and cadence of communication
• Experience at a digital merchant operating a freemium model, with both consumable and subscription products would be beneficial, as would knowledge of developer app store portals (e.g. Apple/Google)
• You can build consensus and alignment but are not afraid to push ahead on your vision
• You are positive and committed with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach, as well as an appetite to learn and self-develop
• You are a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
• You manage your time excellently and know how to balance multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces
