Audience Engagement Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audience Engagement Coordinator to join the Life Science division at Informa. The environment is demanding but rewarding and you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects at once.

The relationships and networks developed by the Audience Engagement Coordinator will drive the success of our events – improving the quality of our audiences and increasing the inventory for our sponsorship sales. The position is best suited to a self-motivated and confident individual who is happy to work individually and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, resourceful, and responsible individual who relishes in working in a fast-paced environment on multi events and products. They should be a proactive, highly organized, outgoing professional who is a real team player and has excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaise with conference producers, marketers, sales team members, speakers and sponsors to identifying key industry community members and VIPs to invite to Informa Life Science events.
