This position combines administrative duties with business development responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations while also contributing to the growth and expansion of the business. The individual in this role provides crucial administrative support to the business development team, coordinates various activities, and assists in implementing strategies to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
Overall, the New Business Development Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of business development activities.

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Prepare and collect all the necessary documents and certificates for composing the documentation folder in Request For Proposals (RFPs), related to the design and implementation of digital assets.
  • Prepare sales documents ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Assist in organizing presentations and meetings.
  • Assist in formulating policies and procedures related to business development.
  • Maintain all the relevant presales documents and ensure proper documentation in an easily retrievable manner.
  • Maintain databases, contact lists, and other records related to business development activities.
  • Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the business development team.
  1. Business Development Assistance:
  • Work closely with the team to learn how to form documents for potential clients.
  • Provide support to the team during tenders/ RFPs by collecting the required documents, and proposals, gather the appropriate signatures and sending them to prospect clients.
  • Support the overall development of business proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of proposals to clients.
  • Act as a liaison between prospect clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication.
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze data related to business development activities, including market trends, and prospect client feedback.
  • Prepare reports summarizing key findings and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business related fields.
  • One or two years of proven experience in administrative business development or sales roles, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of web technologies would be an asset.
