The mission for this role is to support the People & Talent Acquisition team and work closely with our Market Lead in sourcing exceptional A players for Glints in CN region under the Cross-Border Recruitment Service Business (visit [https://talenthub.glints.com/> for more!). This role will focus on sourcing to build a strong top-of-funnel candidate pipeline, assist in First Cut screenings, and HR Operations matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Effectively source, manage pipelines and regularly update the application tracking system
• Conduct candidate screening interviews for Commercial, Sales, and/or Operations roles
• Collaborate with leaders and teams across different countries; Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc.
• Support the team in HR operations matters, finance, and EOR when necessary
• And other tasks assigned by your line manager

Who We Are Looking For

• 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year university students who are available to work full-time or part-time for at least 3 months
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in in-house Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment, operations, or related fields is strongly preferred
• Good command of Mandarin (conversational and written) is mandatory
• Fluency in English will be a huge plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards.
• Target-driven with a focus on quality
• Organized and able to handle multiple streams of work
• Adaptable and able to learn quickly
• A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
