Glints Vietnam is currently seeking a (Senior) Business Development Executive to join our recruitment team of BFSI (Banking-Finance-Security-Insurance) and other industries

Generally, the mission of this role is to focus on boosting strong relationships with B2B clients and bringing new clients into the company recruitment service based on your expertise and qualification.

Key requirements

  • At least 2 years experience as Business Developer/Recruiter/Headhunter or any role regarding Sales/Business Development scope to B2B clients
  • Prefer candidate who has experience from HR service firms
  • Good command of English (nature of work mostly with B2B clients)
  • Proactive, Resilient, and Target-oriented
  • Strong business mindset and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding about BFSI (Banking-Finance-Security-Insurance) and other industries such as Healthcare, Oil&Gas,...

Scope of works

  • Develop a business development strategy focusing in Vietnam and broaden into South East Asia market
  • Develop sales strategy; Find, reach and convert potential customers
  • Build long-term relationship with new (70%) and existing clients
  • Proactive in providing optimal solutions to clients
  • Convince and negotiate with customers to sign contracts to use products and services
  • Collaborate with an internal team to fulfill the recruitment request

Working time & location

  • Mon - Fri 9:00 - 18:00 at Dist 3
