We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual for the role of Entrepreneur in Residence/Event Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will

• Commence your role as Entrepreneur in Residence/Event Manager, gaining insights into the intricacies of running major events (Summits or Tech Rock Asia, etc.) in a technology-focused enterprise.
• Progressively assume intricate responsibilities and manage your own P&L for these events and participate in the success.
• Participate in a diverse range of tasks, including business development, event management, online marketing, sponsorship management, contract oversight, and client discussions — all crucial components contributing to entrepreneurial success.
• Participate in high-level decision-making processes and contribute to the business development in line with the organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee and manage projects and initiatives. Ensure that key projects are on track, deadlines are met, and goals are achieved.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's strategic plans.

Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with a consistent track record of exceeding expectations.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive, emphasizing business growth and innovative problem-solving.
• Have experience in creating and running events (500+ attendees), preferably in the IT service industry.
• Preferably have experiences in leading a team in online marketing (particularly for tech events).
• Highly skilled in utilizing office technologies, including Google Suite, Excel, Teams, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools.
• Fluent in English is a must. Additionally, proficiency in Vietnamese, Thai, or German would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel, ensuring adaptability to dynamic business needs, and flexibility in working hours.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with an exceptional professional demeanor.
• An organized and systematic approach to tasks, thriving in the fast-paced and diverse landscape of international business.
• An unwavering commitment to achieving success and fostering personal growth.
• Practical judgment and street-smart acumen are essential.
