Their portfolio includes innovative projects such as mix networks, private information retrieval, and extensive multi-party computation applications. As they aim to expand their operations, they are eager to welcome an experienced Technical Account Manager to enhance client relationships and project executions.

Role Overview

The Technical Account Manager will be the pivotal link between prospective clients and internal technical teams. This role demands a robust understanding of both technical intricacies and business strategies within the blockchain and cryptography domains. You will manage the full client lifecycle from initial outreach and proposal development to project delivery and subsequent follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters, oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring client requirements are met with precision.
  • Technical Consultation: Advise clients on our specialized services, particularly in zero-knowledge proofs, multi-party computation, and other cryptography technologies.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies, execute sales pitches, and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities. Prepare detailed presentations to articulate service benefits to potential clients.
  • Proposal Development: Conduct exploratory research to craft detailed proposals, assess necessary resources, and outline potential project scopes. This will involve a thorough analysis to ensure alignment with client goals and our capabilities.
  • Feedback Management: Channel client insights back to internal teams to refine technologies and service offerings continuously.
  • Develop rapid prototypes: Be able to develop quick prototypes to help inform the proposal development process
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Engage in creative problem-solving to address client concerns and identify bespoke solutions that leverage our technological strengths.
  • Educational Outreach: Lead informational sessions and workshops for clients to showcase the potential and practical applications of emerging technologies in our field.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Masters or PhD preferred.
    • Demonstrable experience in technical account management, sales engineering, or business development, ideally within the blockchain or cryptography sector.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Go, Rust, Python and Solidity with a preference for Go, Rust and Solidity
    • Proficiency in ZK programming languages such as Circom, Noir, Cairo is a plus
    • Proficiency in ZK libraries such as Arkworks-rs, Gnark is a plus
    • Comprehensive knowledge of blockchain technologies and cryptographic protocols.
  • Language Skills:
    • Must be fluent in English with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively and collaboratively work in cross-functional teams.
  • Industry Acumen:
    • Keen insight into blockchain trends and cryptographic developments.
    • Experience in end-to-end project management from conceptualization to delivery.
