Responsibilities:

• Support in data mining for implementation of collection strategies to improve portfolio performance;
• Support day-to-day performance and productivity reports timely for Collections;
• To improvise or automate existing portfolio on high complexity level reporting to improve overall TAT effectively;
• Quality assurance of MIS data accuracy and timely exceptional escalation;
• Support in system implementation and enhancement, UAT and project-based task;
• Support MIS via effective back up to ensure uninterrupted delivery of services;
• Support ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the Collections;
• Able to work under pressure and deliver within TAT and deadlines;
• Possess good analytical and logical thinking process.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Information System / Computer Science or equivalent;
• At least 3 years’ experience in Data analytics and MIS reporting;
• Equipped with the skillset of Excel usage and function, SAS or SQL, Macro
