About the business

The Airline industry has engaged into a key business transformation adopting retailing techniques aiming to simplify processes, reduce cost, improve customer empowerment, and incorporate new revenue sources while enriching personalized offers. The shop, order, pay flow and the entire transformation will be supported by the new Offer and Order Management Systems.

This transformation will take some years with a transition period of incremental stages providing value and moving from the capabilities of a PSS portfolio towards the new Airline Retailing capabilities. Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering future world-class Airline solutions within the Order Business Domain that will maximize long term success for our customers and Amadeus by focusing on market, customer & market dynamic insight.
