Legal Counsel

Location: Warsaw (Poland), Rome (Italy) or Milan (Italy) or remotely in Poland or Italy.

We are looking for a Legal Counsel (12-15 month fixed contract as maternity cover until mid-October 2025) to be part of the international legal department of FREENOW, with responsibility for our business in Poland and/or Italy. You will work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, international and dynamic company and take care of all legal questions related to our super mobility app!

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including sponsorships, services agreements, partnerships and terms and conditions applicable to the business, among others.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to key internal stakeholders on a wide range of matters.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, including e-commerce, online platform and transportation laws.
• Advising on legal and commercial aspects of marketing campaigns, competitions and content initiatives.
