Best known for computer programs that extend and enrich the Windows experience, as well as for developing and publishing award-winning PC strategy games, Stardock is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO. This is a salaried, full-time position at our Plymouth, Michigan office.
Primary Responsibilities Include:

Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including preparing daily schedules, briefings, and background information for meetings.

Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making processes.

Assist with the coordination of projects, tracking and following-up on tasks and deliverables.

Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.

Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO, including communications with internal/external stakeholders.

Organize and maintain the CEO’s documents and files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Plan and coordinate executive events, off-sites, and company functions.

Arrange complex travel itineraries, including travel agendas, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Coordinate household schedules, including family events, appointments, and services such as landscaping and maintenance.

Address personal errands and manage tasks to ensure the CEO's personal life is as organized as their professional life.

Manage communications and scheduling for family members as needed.
Education and/or Experience Desired:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to remain calm during high-pressure, fast-paced situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
