Best known for computer programs that extend and enrich the Windows experience, as well as for developing and publishing award-winning PC strategy games, Stardock is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO. This is a salaried, full-time position at our Plymouth, Michigan office.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including preparing daily schedules, briefings, and background information for meetings.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

  • Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making processes.

  • Assist with the coordination of projects, tracking and following-up on tasks and deliverables.

  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.

  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO, including communications with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Organize and maintain the CEO’s documents and files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

  • Plan and coordinate executive events, off-sites, and company functions.

  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including travel agendas, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

  • Coordinate household schedules, including family events, appointments, and services such as landscaping and maintenance.

  • Address personal errands and manage tasks to ensure the CEO's personal life is as organized as their professional life.

  • Manage communications and scheduling for family members as needed.

Education and/or Experience Desired:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to remain calm during high-pressure, fast-paced situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
