We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Associate 3, HRIS to join our team in India reporting to Sr Manager, Compensation & Benefits. The Associate 3, HRIS will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data across various sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, an analytical and inquisitive mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into various HR systems from multiple global sources.
  • Verify and review data for errors, discrepancies, and missing information.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across all platforms.
  • Follow data entry guidelines, approval processes and protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure data entry occurs within established SLAs.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and best practices.
  • Recommend changes to existing process to drive efficiency.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on data entered as required.
  • Assist applicant tracking system administrators in daily maintenance, reporting, and audits.
  • Create job aids to support data entry processes and protocols.
  • Learn the basic tenets of HR systems including data tables, custom reporting, data objects, metrics and workflows.
  • Update data tables and custom reports as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 2-5 years experience in Data Entry, or a similar role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Inquisitive nature and ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of vlookups and pivot tables preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible working in 12-9:30pm & 2-11:30 IST timings, preferred.
