Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking customers
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns
• Deliver accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolve customer problems and escalate complex issues as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English
• Previous customer service experience or language-related roles are preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully paid relocation package
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
