- You will source and spearhead the initial screening of all hiring requirements for Malaysia based on specified qualifications
- You will conduct phone interviews and coordinate and facilitate the language assessment process by ensuring candidates complete the written and typing exams within 24-48 hours.
- You will endorse qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for the next steps.
- You will release offers to the successful candidates and onboard them as per the hiring timelines.
- Database management for all the candidates/employees
- Referral management
- Reporting and productivity governance
Requirements
Our most successful candidates will have:
- At least 3 years of work experience in Recruiting.
- Mandarin Speaker/Native Speaker.
- Are willing to learn on the job (no phone screener experience needed).
- Have excellent computer literacy is compulsory (MS Office; Internet).
- Have excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Possess the ability to focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
- Have the flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Must be a local of Malaysia.
