Senior Service Provider Manager

**WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• You’ll manage Customer Care Service Providers (SPs), fostering a transparent and supportive relationship while proactively (1) administering the lifecycle of a portfolio of contracts between Zalando and SPs and (2) managing compliance to contracts terms and conditions, including to Zalando’s Social Standards.
• You’ll challenge established processes, develop and introduce processes to raise required standards and long-term business value in regards to contract management, social standards and other compliance matters e.g. data protection.
• You’ll run projects e.g. Request for Proposal process, design strategies for negotiations and lead meetings with senior stakeholders externally and internally.
• You’ll create logical and practical frameworks to solve complex issues, build and execute easy-to-understand approaches to solve multi-facetted problems (fraud, data breaches and similar).
• You’ll contribute to the Zalando Service Provider Management community by sharing best practices and learnings.
• You’ll work as a member of a cross-functional team.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...

• You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience working with SPs, preferably within Customer Care.
• You demonstrate a deep understanding of the main activities across the supply chain, including but not limited to human rights due diligence (German Supply Chain Act, Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive).
• You have project management skills to manage multiple deliverables, multiple groups of stakeholders, often with diverging interests.
• You are expert in collaborating, master communication of having challenging and constructive negotiations, and possess the ability to leverage relationships to achieve the desired outcomes.
• You possess strong intercultural awareness. You demonstrate a keen understanding of various cultural nuances and are able to cultivate business relationships with partners spanning diverse geographical locations and backgrounds.
• You demonstrate analytical skills and are proficient in advanced features of Google suite, with a particular emphasis on data and information visualisation for decision making.
• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
• You are available to travel within and outside of Europe approx. 1-2 weeks per quarter.
