  • Serve as the primary contact for both existing and potential clients, addressing inquiries about financial products and services in TBC Digital Bank.
  • Manage and monitor digital client acquisition channels, ensuring comprehensive responses to prospective client queries.
  • Participate in new digital product launches from idea generation to registration, selling, and execution of the investment strategy.
  • Serve as a dedicated digital advisor to investment clients.
  • Offer products and services according to the pre-determined needs of TBC Capital clients and to provide them with advice
  • Identification and analysis of TBC Capital clients' needs for brokerage products and services;

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital financial tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey products, services and strategies to clients.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a financial advisory or digital banking role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees will be an advantage.
