Finance Manager

Overview

Our client is a financial institution focused on providing quality trading platform services. The company is committed to providing investors with one-stop, diversified and international financial management services. Currently, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.

What You Will Do

• Assist in completing month-end closing and group consolidation reporting tasks
• Oversee financial management reporting and collaborate closely with headquarters for group reporting
• Support the year-end audit process, including coordination with auditors
• Assist in reimbursement and various accounts payable functions
• Prepare SFC reports and monitor liquid capital
• Contribute to budget preparation, forecasting, and presentation materials
• Ensure daily operational workflows are executed accurately and timely
• Handle miscellaneous ad-hoc duties as needed

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5-7 years of solid accounting experience in asset management
• Knowledgeable about SFC standards and Licenses 1, 4, & 9
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin required
• Thorough understanding and experience of the full operational cycle
• Experience in an MNC environment and preferably with one of the Big Four accounting firms
• Over 7 years of substantive accounting and asset management experience
• Preferably a qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent
• Possess integrity, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude
• Experienced with managing expenses and expenditures
