What you'll do:
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who will:
- Support the technical delivery, launch and enablement of Identity and Fraud (ID&F) products as part of the Experian Software Solutions global delivery engineering team, reporting to Director Solutions Engineering.
- Provide SaaS and on-prem solutions with a focus on cloud services, deployment and management.
- Provide subject matter support to troubleshoot complex product issues and solve regional or client incidents.
- Support complex projects, providing guidance to partners, clients and delivery teams in relations to product launches, migrations, feature/functionality enablement and automation adoption.
- Improve our client experience through understanding of customer product needs and challenges, providing constant feedback
Requirements
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in delivering complex client implementations both for SaaS and on-prem solutions.
- Knowledgable concerning cloud services, deployment and management (AWS/Azure scaling, tuning, maintenance) and experienced in DevOps practices and CI/CD integrations (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform) and monitoring solutions (DynaTrace/Splunk)
- This role is a global role working with multiple levels of the organization across multiple time zones.
- Experience with the usage of API test tools such as Bruno, Postman and SOAP UI with and understanding of XML, JSON, XSLT and Swagger desirable.
